Initially, this role will be offered as a contractor position with 10-20 hours a week. The exact hours and workload can be discussed and negotiated based on availability. The ultimate goal is to transition the contractor into a full-time position based on performance and mutual agreement.
This fully remote position is open to candidates in the United States and Costa Rica.
Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Facebook, utilizing the platform's various ad formats and targeting options.
Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to identify potential client segments and opportunities.
Design compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience and adhere to Facebook's advertising policies.
Implement and manage Facebook Pixel and other tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI
Proven experience as a Facebook Lead Generation Expert, with a successful track record of delivering results for businesses, preferably in the legal industry.
Deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, including Business Manager, Ads Manager, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, etc.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad creatives and persuasive copy.
Proficiency in Facebook Pixel and other tracking tools for campaign performance analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and lawyers.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in the legal industry or working with law firms is a plus.
